  fsbackup: save dir stat into tar itself, without the dir list - will need the patched bsdtar to restore correct dir times and flags; delete functionality we don't use (ssh, ftp, sync etc) to simplify the code; cache format changed - not compatible with 2.0; bump version to 3.0; clean up code formating; translate all comment in english; use ctime not mtime to save files and dirs to get flags and acls changes
